Shami Kabab is mostly liked by all of us, specially Here in Pakistan and India every one love to eat shami kabab ,

I usually make shami kabab for my family and everyone liked my shami kabab recipe so much
same recipe share with you , I request you to try it once , you will surely love it

Ingredients
Minced meat 1 kg
قیمہ 1 کلو
Gram dal 1 cup (Chana Dal)
چنے کی دال 1 کپ
Fresh coriander ½ cup
ہرا دھنیا کٹا ہوا ½ کپ
Mint leaves ½ cup
پودینے کے پتے ½ کپ
Green chilies 4 pcs
ہری مرچیں 4 عدد
2 Onions
پیاز 2 عدد
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
ادرک لہسن 2 ٹیبل سپون
Salt to taste
نمک حسب ذائقہ
Garam masala ½ tsp
گرم مصالحہ ½ ٹی سپون
1 cinnamon stick (Dar Chini)
دارچینی کا 1 ٹکڑا
Black cardamom 2 pcs
بڑی الائچی 2 عدد
1 bay leaf (Tez Patta)
تیج پات 1 عدد
Green cardamom 4 pcs
سبز الائچی 4 عدد
Cloves (Laung) 5 pcs
لونگیں 5 عدد
Black pepper 10 pcs
کالی مرچیں 10 عدد
White cumin 1 tsp
سفید زیرہ 1 ٹی سپون
Whole dried coriander 1 tsp
ثابت سوکھا دھنیا 1 ٹی سپون
Whole red chilies 10 pcs
ثابت لال مرچیں 10 عدد
2 eggs
انڈے 2 عدد
Oil for frying
تلنے کیلئے تیل
