Sonia Gandhi to visit Punjab villages next week

Congress chief Sonia Gandhi is likely to tour Punjab villages next week to take stock of crop loss due of unseasonal rains, persisting with the offensive on the farmers' front with BJP as the target. Sonia will also meet the farmers in Amethi and Rae Bareli on Saturday. As part of the strategy, a farmers' rally has been planned in the capital and it may be held in the second week of April.
