Even though the government has informed the Parliament that the location of Dawood Ibrahim is not known, according to the intelligence agencies, the underworld don is hiding in Pakistan.A report sent to the government by the intelligence, few weeks ago said that Dawood was in Pakistan’s North-West Frontier Province , the area which is under the direct control of ISI.
