US Intelligence Report Says , Pentagon Has Received , 350 New Reports of UFOs.
According to the Office of the Director of National
Intelligence, the Defense Department has received
366 new reports of UFOs since March of 2021.
NBC reports that about half of these
sightings appear to be balloons or drones. .
UFOs are now often referred to as, "unidentified aerial phenomenon," or UAPs. .
According to an unclassified report, 26 cases were said to be unmanned aircraft similar to drones and another 163 were attributed to balloons or "balloon-like entities.".

Six of the other reports
were attributed to birds,
debris or weather events.
However, the report also states that half of
these new cases remain unexplained and , “appear to have demonstrated unusual
flight characteristics or performance
capabilities, and require further analysis.".

Per a defense spending bill passed by
the last Congress, a classified version of
the report was made available to lawmakers.
The public version of the report states that
most of the new sightings were reported
by Navy and Air Force aviators and operators.
Last year, the Pentagon set up an office,
the All-Domain Anomaly Resolution Office,
to document and analyze reports of UAPs.

of extraterrestrial life or breakthrough
technology in the hands of foreign adversaries
