Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday wished the Narendra Modi government a "happy birthday" on finishing its first year in power without forgetting his month-old jibe at the Centre. Rahul's attack on Modi came as part of the opposition Congress's concerted campaign to counter the mega BJP blitz as the ruling party at the Centre holds over 200 rallies across the country this week.
