Jammu and Kashmir govt is rubbing salt on the farmers wound by giving them compensation cheques of just rs 47. the farmers of Jammu's Sarora village who lost nearly everything in the devastating floods in Jammu and Kashmir in 2014 received compensation cheques of merely Rs 47 to a maximum Rs 378.
