Kansas Police Officer Saves Toddler Who Fell Into Pond

A police body camera captured a dramatic rescue of a toddler who had fallen into a pond in Topeka, Kansas, on Sunday, April 30.Officer Aaron Bulmer spotted a four-year-old boy walking towards a pond at the Central Park Community Center. Shortly afterwards the child fell into the water. Bulmer quickly jumped into the pond and pulled the tot to safety.The City of Topeka said the boy, who was sent to hospital following the incident, was autistic.
