India to boycott Commonwealth meet in Pakistan

India is likely to boycott Commonwealth Parliamentary conference to be held on September 30 to October 9 in Islamabad, according to the sources. This comes after Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker was not invited for the meet. Pakistan has claimed that they cannot invite the speaker as it is a disputed territory. Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan and speakers of all other states have been invited to the conference.
