IPS officer Bharti accuses Gurgaon Police commissioner of harassment

Gurgaon Joint Commissioner (traffic) Bharti Arora has accused Police Commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk of harassment and mental torture. She has written a complaint to Haryana DGP Yashpal Singhal claiming that Virk is interfering in a rape case inquiry.
