Somnath Bharti ask for mediation, wife Lipika Mitra says 'no'

There is no relief for ex-law minister of New Delhi and AAP leader Somnath Bharti even after his surrender. As wife rules out any form of mediation, the Supreme Court directed Bharti to move the bail petition at a lower trial court.Section 212 of the Indian Penal Code in the FIR report has also been mentioned. So far, five people have been arrested for allegedly sheltering Bharti when he was on the run.
