Japan earthquake of 6.7 at Hokkaido creates panic, no Tsunami alert

A strong earthquake hits Japan's Hokkaido on Thursday. It was measured at a Richter scale of 6.7-magnitude, however no Tsunami warning was issued. According to the japan meteorological agency, the quake hit at 12.25pm off the southern coast of the island, at a location about 750km north of Tokyo.
