Bollywood actor Anupam Kher and Delhi minister Kapil Mishra sparred during a debate at the Jaipur Literature Festival. Kher alleged that a perception of intolerance was being created at festivals like JLF, adding that there should not be an impression that people in the country are living in fear. Hitting out at Kher Mishra said that Prime Minister was not the only person who could speak his 'Mann Ki Baat'.
