Bollywood actor Anupam Kher criticized opposition parties for politicising Gurmehar Kaur’s issue. He said that political parties are raising the controversy surrounding the student of Lady Shri Ram (LSR) College Gurmehar Kaur to gain political mileage out of it. Gurmehar, the daughter of Kargil martyr Captain Mandeep Singh, sparked a controversy for her social media campaign against the ABVP following which she also allegedly received rape threats.
