Man commits suicide near Vijay Chowk Parliament complex for unknown reasons| Oneindia News

A man was found hanging from a tree at the highly secured Vijay Chowk Parliament complex in New Delhi. The police identified the man as Ram Dayal Verma, and a 23 page suicide note was also found on him.
