Buxar district magistrate in Bihar Mukesh Pandey allegedly committed suicide on Thursday night. His body was found near the railway tracks in Ghaziabad. Police said his body was found from the rail tracks about one km from the Ghaziabad railway station, adding that a purported suicide note was also recovered from the spot.
