Arvind Kejriwal government in Delhi has renamed Barapulla flyover after Sikh icon Baba Banda Singh Bahadur. The move was made by the government in commemoration of the 300th anniversary of his martyrdom day. The decision comes just a day after it put out full-page advertisements declaring that Punjabi language would be made compulsory in all government schools in the city.
