Dean Brittenham, a local drone enthusiast in Garwin, Iowa, happened upon a young black bear while out flying his drone on Monday, April 17.The Iowa Department of Natural Resources said the bear is a young male likely roaming between Minnesota and Wisconsin to look for food and females.
