Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir took to Twitter to share his concern and to vent out his frustration over water logging in several parts of the national capital. Gambhir shared a picture showing a car ‘floating’ down the road following heavy rainfall. Without naming any govt, he blamed the concerned authorities for not doing anything about it.
