A retired scientist has been arrested for allegedly raping his 3 adopted girls for years. Maqsood Ansari a former assistant scientist with NEERI in Nagpur was arrested on Wednesday after her 16 yr old daughter filed a complaint saying that she was “exploited” since she was in Class I and the accused had also offered to marry her.
