Um, we just did a double take… Is that Justin Bieber?

Obviously it’s not, it’s Katy Perry, but seriously… The singer has shaved her head to a point where, at least from this angle, she looks like Justin freaking Bieber.

Katy’s hair has just become shorter and shorter lately, which suits her just fine… In fact, we just saw her letting her proverbial hair down at Coachella, if she had any, and it seems the single life is treating her very well.

But her relationship with Orlando Bloom isn’t the only thing that she’s cut off lately, and it appears like she’s attempting to reinvent herself with her new look, and you can correct us if we’re wrong, but she looks like Bieber.

We’re not sure what Katy plans on doing next, but she should collaborate with Bieber and do a blonde, shorthaired tour.
