Mexican Volcano Spews Ash and Smoke

Mexico’s Popocatepetl volcano spewed ash and smoke on Sunday, April 16, following an earthquake on Friday and a series of steam and gas exhalations, El Universal reported.The National Center for Prevention of Disasters on April 16 urged people not to approach the volcano because of “falling ballistic fragments.”
