Convoys of Buses Leave Besieged Towns in Damascus and Idlib Provinces

Convoys of buses left four besieged towns, two each in Damascus and Idlib provinces, on April 14, evacuating fighters, their families, and others under a deal between rebel groups and the Syrian government.Around 5,000 people from al-Foua and Kefraya, pro-regime towns in Idlib, reportedly headed to Aleppo city, while about 3,200 people from Madaya and Zabadani, near Damascus, left for Idlib province.Footage here shows buses in Madaya, where a long siege has only intermittently been relieved by humanitarian aid.
