The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) advanced towards the Islamic State-held al-Tabqa, near Raqqa, on April 12.The Kurdish agency Hawar reported on clashes between SDF fighters and IS southwest of al-Tabqa, near the villages of Ayed al-Kabeer and Ayed al-Sagheer.SDF forces destroyed two IS explosive vehicles and killed 15 IS fighters during fighting, the same source said.This video was shared by SDF and is described as showing SDF advances towards al-Tabqa.The speaker says that the forces are about two kilometers away from al-Tabqa.
