Nearly seven inches of rain reportedly fell in San Marcos, Texas, causing flash flooding on Tuesday, April 11.Not only did the heavy rainfall cause flooding, but more than 100 homes were without power, and classes at Texas State University San Marcos were cancelled or postponed.This video, taken from Hunter Road, shows a pond overflowing and cars slowing over the flooded roadway.
