Ryan Phillippe isn’t going to stand for your rumors, Hollywood.
The actor Tweeted out, “I am not dating Katy Perry. Barely know her. Please stop flying helicopters over my house. She is not here. Thanks.”
That’s hilarious.
According to Us Magazine, this all stemmed from reports that Ryan was, quote, “totally flirting” with the singer at a recent birthday party for Elton John.
And of course, it is true that Katy is recently on the market after breaking up with Orlando Bloom, so the idea that she could be dating Ryan isn’t incredibly far fetched but we’re glad that he set the record straight.
This shouldn’t be an insult to Katy Perry though… According to Us Magazine, he says, “Don’t mind people thinking that. Don’t want low flying pervs hovering periodically.”
He’s made it clear, Ryan doesn’t need helicopters or false rumors interrupting his day.
