When Edna Green walked into a Wendy’s Restaurant for her first job more than 20 years ago, she never could have guessed how the restaurant company and its founder Dave Thomas would change her life and the lives of dozens of children in foster care. Recently, at Wendy’s annual business meeting in Las Vegas, Edna took to the stage to tell the Wendy’s family about her journey from behind the restaurant counter to an adoption recruiter for the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption’s signature program Wendy’s Wonderful Kids.
