LAS VEGAS — A store clerk is could be looking at a long stretch after discharging seven rounds at a fleeing 13-year-old shoplifter.

Last December, Fabricio Patti was slain by Las Vegas store clerk Raad Sunna when he and two other reportedly tried to steal from Sunna’s store.

Surveillance footage shows the store owner using his firearm on the youngsters, with law enforcement officials later discovering seven rounds in Patti’s back. According to the Las Vegas Journal Review, Sunna is currently out on $150,000 bond.

The trial is set to continue later this month.
