Aerial Images Show Extensive Flooding in Mocoa

Aerial survey footage released by the Colombian Air Force shows the extent of the flooding and mudslides that have killed at least 112 and injured 190 people in the city of Mocoa on April 1.The landslide was caused by the sudden rise of three rivers in the Putumayo region after approximately 130 millimeters (over 5 inches) of rain fell on Friday night, according to President Juan Manuel Santos. The federal government declared public calamity in the region. More than 200 people are still missing, according to reports.
