A weak EF-0 tornado touched down in Monroe, Washington, on Thursday, March 30, causing RVs to overturn at Speedway Chevrolet and RV Center, a RV dealership in Snohomish County.This surveillance video from the dealership shows at least two RVs toppling due to the strong and swirling winds. The National Weather Service reported winds reached between 65 and 85 miles per hour.
