Peru woman escapes dangerous mudslide in a shocking video

A Peru women escaped from a deadly mudslide in a frightening video. Evangelina Chamorro Diaz was pulled into the landslide and was separated from her husband. Covered in mud, she was able to lift herself on top of wooden planks and walk over to the shore. Diaz escaped the slide with only minor injuries. Intense rains and mudslides in Punta Hermosa, Peru destroyed nearly 12,000 homes and killed at least 62 people. Authorities said they expect the rains caused by El Niño to continue for another two weeks.
