The Russian spy ship, The Viktor Leonov reportedly returned to the East Coast after stopping for fuel in Havana, Cuba last week. The spy vessel, capable of intercepting communications signals, was seen by intelligence officers 23 miles south of the U.S. Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay. Last month, the navy spotted the same ship sailing as far as 30 miles north of the Connecticut coast. Before last month's sighting, the spy ship was last seen near the East Coast nearly two years ago.
