Delhi's gas agency man Joginder was allegedly shot dead by an unknown assailant in Sonia Vihar. Victim Joginder worked with a gas agency and had succumbed to a head injury, the police informed. Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Devender Arya of Northeast region, said that an investigation will verify if the victim was shot with bullet.
