Despite repeatedly denying the claims, Donald Trump met with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak at the height of the presidential election. Trump reportedly met with the Russian representative in Washington six months before voting day. Photos emerged of Russian ambassador Kislyak at Trump's speech in Washington. The two men met at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington after the speech on April 27, 2016. The Trump administration denied any contact with Russian officials more than 20 times.
