His team mates at RPS are way too happy with the new addition to the team. Steve smith tweeted, 'Welcome to Pune, first round is on you.Steve Smith has replaced MS Dhoni as captain of the Rising Pune Supergiants and Stokes replaced the former Indian skipper as the highest paid player in the squad. Stokes has been the flavour of the season for England with his performances with both bat and ball and it was expected that he won’t be going on the cheap in this year’s IPL Auction. Ben Stokes has been in stellar form for England of late.
