Fascinating close-up timelapse of a finger sweating

An interesting video has emerged showing where sweat comes from on our fingertips.

The timelapse footage, shot in September last year by Timlapse Vision Inc. near Tokyo, Japan, shows tiny drops of sweat surface on the epidermal ridges of the finger - the lines that make up our fingerprints.

The sweat gathered at the sweat gland ducts allow the fingerprint to mark a pane of glass.
