Karl Stromberg is a notorious megalomaniac planning to trigger World War III and destroy the world, then recreate a new civilization underwater ruled by him. In this clip, as a part of his master plan, a British nuclear submarine is seen experiencing a serious disruption of power. The captain of the ship tries to find out through periscope what's going on! He is shocked seeing the cause of the chaos (though not shown in this scene, later revealed). A large cargo ship is heading towards them opening it's hatch with intention to swallow the submarine ...
