An circle of ice was spotted spinning in the Middle Fork Snoqualmie River near North Bend, Washington, on Saturday, January 7.The stunning winter sight was the result of water flowing around the river bend spinning a sheet of ice against the surrounding ice to create a smooth disc, according to Fox Q13 Chief Meteorologist Walter Kelley.
