Clinton, Bush to attend Trump's inauguration

Bill and Hillary Clinton will attend President-elect Donald Trump's inauguration on Jan. 20, aides to both Clintons told CNN. George and Laura Bush also announced that they will be attending in a statement. They are pleased to be able to witness the peaceful transfer of power -- a hallmark of American democracy -- and swearing-in of President Trump and Vice President Pence. Trump engaged in a hard-hitting battle with the ex-Secretary of State Clinton, as well as the Bush family, during a tumultuous election season. Bush did not vote for Trump on Election Day, a decision Trump later deemed "sad."
