How to Cook the "Perfect" Salted Fish

David Freiheit recently traveled all the way from Montreal to San Diego and back for the “perfect” salted fish—or so he thought.However, judging by the reaction of David’s family to the finished product, especially that of the family’s dog, there won’t be a repeat of this in the near future.
