Rap superstar Kanye West met with President-elect Donald Trump Tuesday following a recent hospitalization for exhaustion. Both West and Trump initially declined to comment on what transpired during their meeting, but the former gave his take just a few hours later on Twitter. West then left us with the following cryptic tweet teasing a possible presidential run.
