Raw Chocolate Balls | Kaushal Beauty and Madeleine Shaw

Hands up if you like chocolate! Madeleine and Kaushal are back in the kitchen showing us how to make these healthy and sugar-free alternatives to our favourite treat. Make them up at the weekend and you’ve got tasty and guilt-free snacks to eat all week. If you make them at home, please share your pictures with us on Twitter and Instagram using #IconAmazeBalls.
Recipe – makes 16
100g of hazelnuts
100g of medjool dates
100g of desiccated coconut
4 tbsp of raw cacao powder
3 tbsp of coconut oil
Pinch of salt
Place the hazelnuts in the food processor, blitz for a minute.
Add the rest of the ingredients and process until fully combined.
Roll into balls and pop in the freezer for 20 minutes then into the fridge until you want to dig in. These keep in the fridge for two weeks.
