Man rides unicycle near Ohio State University during 'shooter lockdown'

Bizarre footage of a man riding around on a unicycle next to Ohio State University apparently at the the time the campus was on lock down due to an active shooter threat.

The video, filmed from the window of a nearby flat yesterday, purportedly shows the inappropriate unicyclist riding calmly on the sidewalk on the other side of the road.
