What Are Prebiotics And How Do they Affect Diets?

Everyone's talking about probiotics these days, but what about prebiotics? Prebiotics are nondigestible carbohydrates that feed the good bacteria in your gut. Prebiotics are found in lots of foods, some of which you're probably already eating on a regular basis. They can be found in raw asparagus, bananas, garlic, and onions.
