McDonald’s is now selling luscious nutella burgers

ITALY — McDonald’s seems to be on a mission to kill us with calories, one decadent food item at a time. After unleashing chocolate-covered fries on Japan, it’s now targeting unsuspecting Italians with something they won’t be able to resist.

After Donald Trump won the U.S. elections on Tuesday, Mickey D’s decided to console the world by announcing its rich new concoction on the company’s Facebook: a dessert burger filled with everyone’s favorite hazelnut spread.

Called the Sweety con Nutella, the burger features no meat, no cheese and no pickles — just a wedge of the thick, creamy, chocolate hazelnut spread sandwiched between the fast food giant’s signature hamburger buns.

The downside is the luscious concoction is currently only available in McCafe’s in Italy. And one will probably not be enough, because the Sweety is definitely not American-sized.

For Nutella fans outside Italy, it might be a good idea to just make your own dessert-wich. Or better yet, just eat the spread straight out of the jar like a proper Nutella monster.
