Au Brésil, un bodybuilder du nom de Valdir fait le buzz en affichant fièrement son corps gonflé par des injections au Synthol. Longtemps moqué car il était trop maigre, Valdir est maintenant allé trop loin et tout son corps est difforme. Et en plus, il ne compte pas s’arrêter là.
