Typhoon Megi blows scaffolding off building in Taiwan, injuring three

Footage has emerged from Taiwan of Typhoon Megi blowing down some scaffolding off a tall building, injuring three people.

The video, filmed in Taichung yesterday, shows the scaffolding on the 22-storey building collapsing to the ground, smashing parked cars and tram lines.

Three people were reportedly hurt in the incident.

Five people have died across Taiwan and eastern China after Typhoon Megi hit yesterday.
