FDNY captain killed when drug lab explodes in the Bronx

An FDNY captain was killed after a drug lab inside a Bronx house exploded early Tuesday, officials said. Several others were injured when firefighters entered a house they believed to contain a gas leak, but they found what appeared to be a homemade drug laboratory and immediately requested police.
