Bizarre footage has emerged from China of a groom being injured by a group of wedding guests spraying him with powerful fire extinguishers.

The video, filmed in Jixi, Heilongjiang Province last Thursday, shows the guests knocking the groom to the ground, before covering him with fire extinguisher foam.

The group of people reportedly did it for a joke but the groom ended up quite badly injured.
