Crew member killed in accident on world's biggest cruise ship

Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a life boat to fall during a training exercise on the world's largest cruise ship Tuesday, leaving one crew member dead and four others injured. A 42-year-old Filipino national died after the lifeboat fell about 10 meters during a safety exercise on Royal Caribbean's Harmony of the Seas. The accident happened during a stopover in Marseille, France.
