Katakat Karahi Masala Chops is a favorite delicacy of people on the occasion of Eid ul adha. Serve these mouth watering chops with hot naan or roti.

Tomatoes 750g ٹماٹر 750 گرام

5 green chillies ہری مرچیں 5 عدد
Fresh coriander 1 cup ہرا دھنیا 1 کپ
Yogurt ¼ cup دہی ¼ کپ
Oil ½ cup تیل ½ کپ
Butter 2 tbsp مکھن 2 ٹیبل سپون
Salt as required نمک حسب ذائقہ
Karahi gosht masala 2 tbsp کڑائی گوشت مصالحہ 2 ٹیبل سپون
Roasted chopped cumin & coriander 1 tbsp
بُھنا کٹا زیرہ اوردھنیا 1 ٹیبل سپون
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp ادرک لہسن 2 ٹیبل سپون
